SENIOR DESIGNER
Develop high-quality, professional marketing materials in a commercial real estate,creative environment. Oversee production of marketing materials including presentations, map development, brochures, fliers, and offering memorandums. At times direct and oversee the work of graphic designers and interns. Responsible for creating floor plans, site plans, brochures, presentations, and pitches for various teams, including, Capital Markets (Retail, Office, + Industrial) and Newmark Retail (Open Realty). Work directly with brokers and associates.

CMF Designer
Establish design strategies adding functional and emotional value to leather products, implementing optimized materials, colors, and details. Accentuating company products color, material, and finishes. Research trending lifestyles, materials, markets, and technologies within the private aviation, yachting, and luxury hospitality industries. Communicate directly with tanneries to develop new colors, patterns, and textures of leather. Manage art department + marketing team, directing all creative processes from development to execution, lead weekly design meetings, and oversee swatch department / color library. Work directly with Principal Designers for leather/color selection + color development. Develop seasonal collections including patterns, designs + color stories. Create visual storyboards for clients and company executives. Create/ write editorial pieces for various aviation magazines.

Responsible for managing all design projects from concept to delivery. Created original artwork and reviewed the drafts of junior designers.
